Please note that, according to the statutes of the association, the quorum of the General Meeting is constituted when more than half of the members entitled to vote are present.
If the General Meeting does not have a quorum, a new General Meeting will be held at the same place (1053 Budapest, Károlyi u.) 16.) 2021. 9 September at 11:00. The resumed General Meeting shall have a quorum regardless of the number of members present and there shall be no legal impediment to taking decisions on the items on the agenda indicated in this invitation.
