Izer Janka

Janka Izer currently lives in Pannonhalma (half in Budapest). She graduated from Pázmány Péter Catholic University in 2021 with a degree in Hungarian History, and is now a student of Civil Engineering at the Budapest University of Economics and Technology.

Since 2018 she has been published in various journals, her writings have appeared in Hévíz, Pannon Tükör, Tiszatáj, Irodalmi Jelen, Új Forrás, Hitel, Magyar Napló, Bárka, Országút, and Előretolt Helyőrség, and in olvasat.In 2020 he won the Debut Prize of Irodalmi Jelen, in 2021 the Hungarian Writers’ Association Debut Prize in the prose category.
