The Silence of Babel will be the title of a series of evenings in May, featuring Central European poets and a round table discussion,
Moderated by Gizella Csisztay and György Mandics.

German Peter Gehrisch, Polish Jacek Jaszczyk, Greek Christos Koukis, Hungarian Gabriella Lőrincz P., Russian Sergey Pantsirev, Serbian Ljubita Raichi, Hungarian Attila Sántha, Romanian Traian Pop Traian, Romanian Gheorge Vidican, Gheorge Vigdor (Cluj-Napoca-Haifa-Budapest) and Russian Tatiana Zhitkova.
The round table is chaired by
Gizella Csisztay literary translator and
György Mandics
writer, translator.
The events are supported by the Hungarian PEN Club, the Hungarian Writers’ Union and Irodalmi Jelen.
