Invitation to the Hungarian PEN Club 2024. Annual General Meeting 2019

2024. 26 September At 10.00 a.m., the PEN Club holds its Annual General Meeting in the Writers’ Union Building 2.
( Budapest 1062, Bajza Street 18.).

Agenda

  1. Report on the annual operations
  2. The Hungarian PEN Club’s economic activities for 2023. 2019 financial activities
  3. The Association 2025. plans for 2020
  4. Admission of new members
  5. Other important issues affecting the association’s activities

Please note that, according to the Statutes of the Association, the quorum of the General Assembly is constituted when more than half of the members entitled to vote are present.

If the quorum of the General Assembly is not met, the resumed General Assembly will be held at the same place (Budapest 1062, Bajza u. 18.) 2024.
26 September 2024 at 11.00 a.m.

The resumed General Meeting shall have a quorum regardless of the number of members present and there shall be no legal impediment to taking decisions on the items on the agenda indicated in this invitation.
