I would like to draw your kind attention that, according to the Association’s Statutes, the Annual General Meeting is considered quorate if more than half of the eligible voting members are present..

If the Annual General Meeting does not have a quorum, a new General Meetingwill be held at the same place (Budapest 1062, Bajza Street) 18.) 2022. 22 September at 11:00 The repeated General Meeting is quorate regardless of the number of attending members, and there is no legal obstacle to making decisions on the agenda items listed in this invitation.
