The volume offers a multi-directional interpretation of Géza Szőcs’s poetry, offering a new approach to the poetry of the former president of the PEN Club and refuting the dominant topos of Szőcs criticism, especially in relation to the creation of Szőcs’s self-myth and the dominance of metaphorical and symbolic writing.
